A Little About me and My Studio
Creativity is a lifestyle for me!
Whether it is painting, beading, gardening or home design, I am always creating in my head, even before I settle in for the night.
Living in rural NH is not only beautiful, but extremely inspirational. Every season creates these exciting color schemes, right down to the wildlife surrounding my home.
I create in a teeny tiny studio in my small home in a lovely retirement setting. I have created with my (life partner) a wonderful woodsy retreat where all the magic happens surrounded with bird songs and chipmunks filling their cheeks.
All my creative spaces have been tiny, I was a proud owner of a small retail space in my rural resort town where I live. I specialized in thrift store furniture painting, taking the old rejected pieces and bringing them back to life. Jewelry, gifts and home decor also filled my tiny retail space. It was the greatest time in my life, until the recession and growing old with bad health made it impossible to keep my store open. I knew I had to adapt if I wanted to continue to sell my creations so I found Etsy.com and 15 years later I am still going strong, but at a much slower pace.
