FREE SHIPPING IN THE US:  with $35.00 purchase

RETURNS: are accepted ~ buyers are responsible for the return of items before a refund can be issued.  Items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.  Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:  are accepted and orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.

Beads & supplies will arrive neatly packed in a padded mailing envelope or shipping box for larger orders.

Jewelry will arrive neatly packed in a black jewelry box, ready for gift giving.
